Hi! This is the front page of the Dowsing e-Source. It will give you an idea of its contents. To view the rest of the e-Source, please Register Here
This e-Source is dedicated to my dear friend Derrick Philpot. His never ending enthusiasm has empowered many to take up the rod and pendulum and they, like me will be forever indebted to him.
An Introduction into the world of Dowsing ‘Ask about anything, anytime, anywhere!’ - a quote from Pendulums.com
When you talk about Dowsing you tend to get several reactions (I mean on people’s faces, not the Dowsing reaction!)
The reactions are a bit like this: No. 1: Fear - Possibly due to having heard Dowsing being called Witching or Divining in the past which tends to conjures up a ‘mystical’ image in the mind; terms which cause some people to think its something to do with devil worship or occult! And certainly, when you watch someone Dowsing for the first time, it can seem pretty incredulous as the instrument in their hands appears to move on its own accord!
No. 2: A Smirk - Usually from the skeptic who completely dismisses Dowsing saying that the person doing the Dowsing is making the instrument move (which of course they are) and that it’s a load of poppy-cock!
...And No. 3: Curiosity - From the person whose never heard of Dowsing before and hangs around to find out more!
Well, No. 3... This is for you! (And, it’s also for the No. 1’s & No. 2’s as well!) For, within these pages I’m going to take you to meet the experts in the Dowsing field. People who use Dowsing every day of their lives to help others, whether that be to locate lost items, to diagnose health problems or find water. You’re also going to be introduced to the Energetic world that surrounds us from both a Spiritual and a Scientific point of view - a world that the Dowser taps into and accesses every time he or she picks up their Dowsing instrument and asks their first question.
This Dowsing e-Source is divided into two parts - A Beginner’s Guide which is designed to answer some basic questions you may have, and a Resource Section which will hopefully answer your more specific questions and give you a solid starting point to learn more about this ancient skill.
My wish for you at the end of this e-Source, is that you’ll be inspired to try Dowsing for yourself and move into ‘face-reaction’ No. 4 - that of knowing or ‘Gnowing’ as Sig Lonegren would say! (You’ll get to meet him later!)
